How to Shop on LFashin

1. Browsing & Finding Items

LFashin is a marketplace combining premium thrifted items, brand-new imported wear, and local fashion accessories.

• Using the Search Bar: You can search for specific items (e.g., "vintage jeans", "Nike sneakers") using the search bar at the top of the page.
• Categories: Click the "Shop" button in the navigation to browse by category. You can filter by Men, Women, Sneakers, Thrift, and more.
• Brand Pages: If you find a seller you love, click on their brand name below the product. This will take you to their dedicated shop page where you can see all their available items.

2. How to Buy (Placing an Order)

Once you've found the perfect item, here is how you securely purchase it:

1. Select your size/variant: If the item has multiple sizes or colors, choose your preferred option.
2. Add to Cart: Click the "Add to Cart" button. You can keep shopping or proceed to checkout.
3. Checkout: Click the shopping bag icon at the top right and click "Checkout".
4. Delivery or Pickup: Enter your location details. Depending on the item, you can choose Nationwide Delivery (we dispatch a rider to your GPS address) or Store Pickup.
5. Payment: We support secure payments via Paystack (Mobile Money & Cards) as well as LFashin Wallet balance. Do not send money directly to sellers off-platform—paying through our checkout protects your money until the item is delivered.

3. LFashin Wallet

Every customer automatically gets a digital Wallet. You can top up your wallet in advance or use it to store refunds.

• How to top up: Go to your Wallet Dashboard and enter an amount to top up via Mobile Money.
• Paying with Wallet: At checkout, you can choose to deduct the cost from your wallet balance instantly.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery

We handle all logistics so you don't have to worry! Here is what happens after you pay:

• Placed: Your order is securely in our system. You will receive an email receipt.
• Confirmed: The seller has acknowledged the order and is preparing the package.
• Shipped/Ready: An LFashin delivery rider has picked up the package. If you chose delivery, the rider will call you. If you chose pickup, head to the designated location.
• Delivered: You have received your item and confirmed it matches the description.

5. Returns & Problem Solving

Your satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate a marketplace, return policies may vary slightly depending on if the item is brand new or thrifted, but you are always protected.

• Item didn't match the description: If an item arrives damaged or completely different from the photos, do not accept it. Contact us immediately.
• Wrong Size: Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. If the seller sent the wrong size, we will arrange an exchange or refund.
