How to Sell on LFashin

1. Opening Your Shop

Becoming a seller on LFashin gives you instant access to thousands of fashion lovers across Ghana.

• Register: Go to the Seller Registration page. Fill out your brand name, contact details, and Mobile Money number where you want to receive payments.
• Approval: Our team reviews all applications to ensure quality. Once approved, you will receive a Welcome email and gain access to the Supplier Dashboard.
• Storefront: Customers can view your dedicated brand page at lfashin.store/shop/your-brand-id. Make sure to upload a great logo in your settings!

2. Uploading Products

Your products are your storefront. High-quality listings sell much faster.

1. Go to your Dashboard: Click "Supplier Portal" in the user menu.
2. Add New Product: Navigate to the "Products" tab and click the Add button.
3. Images: Upload clear, well-lit photos. We recommend a plain background or aesthetic styling. The first photo is the main display image.
4. Details: Provide an accurate name, price, and select the correct category.
5. Inventory & Variants: If you have multiple sizes (e.g., S, M, L) or colors, add them as variants so customers can select exactly what they want. Ensure your stock counts are accurate to avoid selling items you don't have.

3. Managing Orders & Logistics

We take the stress out of delivery. You don't need to hire your own dispatch riders!

• Order Notifications: When a customer buys your item, you will instantly receive an email notification.
• Preparation: Pack the item securely. The order will appear in your Supplier Dashboard under "Orders".
• Handover: LFashin handles the logistics. Our verified dispatch rider will come to your registered location to pick up the item and deliver it to the customer.
• Tracking: You can track the status of the delivery directly from your dashboard.

4. Getting Paid (Payouts)

We ensure you get paid securely and promptly.

• Automated Wallet: Once an order is successfully delivered to the customer, the funds are credited to your Supplier Wallet.
• Withdrawals: Navigate to the "Wallet" tab in your dashboard. You can request a payout at any time.
• Instant MoMo Transfers: Payouts are sent directly to the Mobile Money number you provided during registration using our automated Paystack integration. Ensure your MoMo number is always up to date in your settings.

5. Tips for Success

• Be Honest: If an item is thrifted or has a minor flaw, mention it in the description. Customers appreciate transparency.
• Quick Restocks: Keep your inventory numbers updated. If you sell out of a physical item offline, make sure to update your LFashin stock to 0 to prevent cancelled orders.
• Share your Shop: Copy the link to your brand page and share it on Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp to drive direct sales!
